Aloe Unique U.S. was founded in the midst of Covid, 2020. The three founders are strong, entrepreneurial businesswomen hailing from three different countries. It all started with a gift. In December 2019, Dr. Kelly Low and her husband were in South Africa visiting longtime friends. It was their first visit, so Cape Town was included in the trip. It was during this trip-within-a-trip that the Low’s met Melissa Van Aswegen, daughter of the longtime friends, and her family. Melissa gave Kelly a gift set of Aloe Unique products. Kelly was so impressed with the products that she immediately began inquiring about importing this amazing brand to the U.S.
