Our Story
HER-MINE was founded by Pam and Trudy (mother and daughter) to honor Pam's sister, Hermine Ricketts-Carroll. Hermine was an architect, artist, and gardening enthusiast. Her spirit of resilience and her comforting mantra, “Woo, woo, woo,” inspire us. She fought and won a six-year battle to protect her right to plant an organic garden, even as she battled illness. Her legacy of beauty, love, and self-care lives on in every HER-MINE box.
