They first bonded over our love of Cabernet Sauvignon in a wine tasting class, and as health-conscious “foodies” they were constantly frustrated by the lack of clean and flavourful snacks out on shelves. They decided that they wanted to fill this gap in the market, so we quit our desk jobs to pursue a lifelong passion for food and drink.
For over a year, they worked alongside Paris-trained pastry chefs to learn artisanal cooking methods, and after much experimenting, trial, and error they created the perfect pairing:
